LASPOTIANS PEACEFULLY SHUT DOWN LAGOS YESTERDAY,AS EFFECTIVE UNIONISM RETURNS TO LASPOTECH.

July 04, 2019 0

APPRECIATION : The Students' union Government, uses this medium to thank all Laspotians, Faculty executives,Departmental executives, students stakeholders,Laspogist,Laspo Alive, laspo hype,Press Club, teeking TV,bloggers, Vloggers  and all well wishers, who turned out peacefully and non violently for the massive protest we staged at both physically in Ikeja and via the TWITTER medium.

We will not be making a statistical error to say, over 700 hundred students participated in the protest, from all Campuses both full time and part time, this explains clearly that, we still have control of the students structures, support and doggedness and the students themselves solely believes in our dealings and support our administration.

As a result of this peaceful, non violent demonstration, the zeal, passion cries, ruggedness, tenacity and sagacious attitude exhibited by Laspotians, can not and will never be over emphasized. and clearly shows that, the students population are tired of the whole situated on Campus.

The Students further showed that, they are nor cowards, who will pee into their pants, but rather  they need the POLITICAL WILL of the Students' union Government, in order for them to reveal where the shoes hurt.

 TODAY'S STRUGGLE
Today!,our voices were heard loud and clear,by both the management, wherever they were, the leadership of NASU wherever they were and much more importantly, the Lagos State Government.

Our struggle didn't end in vain,we got the the audience of the Lagos State Government and a meeting has been fixed for tomorrow at Alausa Ikeja.

However, we want to use this medium to allay the fears of all Laspotians, that we will sabotage the whole process for peanuts, that the Government might want to offer.

We wish to state categorically, emphatically and without mincing words, that the leadership of the Students' Union, will not betray the trust reposed on us,neither shall we also truncate the the "LIBERATION STRUGGLE".

We plead that, you all keep believing and trusting us to give you the best of services, within this few days to the EXPIRATION OF OUR TENURE.

MANAGEMENT VS NASU/SSANIP (2019)............NON ALIGN MOVEMENT

We wish to state clearly to both parties that,we have no leaning to any of them and we are not answerable to any party!.

We wish to also state that, both parties over time have been trampling upon the right and privileges of all Laspotians and as at this  period, we refused to be tossed around like " PING PONG GAME"

On this issue,we hereby and still maintain a non align movement. We shall continue to take our fight to your EMPLOYERS(LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT). If  both parties in this crises is bigger than their employers,we shall see!

WE HOPE THAT BOTH PARTIES,WILL CONSIDER THE INTEREST OF WE THEIR CHILDREN AND HELP US TO SAVE OUR FUTURE, BY SHEALTHING THEIR SWORD!*

Conclusively, the struggle  still continues, but mind you,we shall still remain peaceful, non violent and painstaking in our quest to ensure all our Campuses are not under LOCK AND KEY,ensure Sanity returns to our dear  polytechnic and ensure both Academic and Non Academic activities go on smoothly!*

Tomorrow is another day with destiny,we hope we will get a favourable headway after the meeting at Alausa tomorrow and put smile on the faces of all Laspotians.*

We hope you will keep joining the struggle for "what is worth doing at all,is worth doing well!"

 GOD BLESS LAGOS STATE

 GOD BLESS LASPOTECH

 GOD BLESS LASPOTIANS

 LASPOTECH YI,TI GBOGBO WA NI..

 ALUTA CONTINUA....VICTORIA ASCERTA.
